Some of our properties are income-restricted in accordance with City and HUD program guidelines. Applicants for these units must meet the applicable maximum gross annual income limits based on household size.

TENANT MAINTENANCE:
For EMERGENCIES such as flooding, loss of heat, major property damages during business hours and afterhours/weekends please call Maintenance directly. All other repairs/requests are to be submitted via your online portal or written requests mailed or delivered to our office. All requests or repairs will be handled in accordance with WA RCW.
